Constitution and Bylaws

The National Association of the Holy Name Society is a 501(c)(3) entity.  The Society is guided spiritually by Jesus, the Holy Spirit, and the Dominican Order.  The Society is governed temporally by the leadership board, diocesan representatives, and by lay and clergy volunteers.  The Society's constitution and bylaws describe the framework which enable the Society to carry out its unique mission today and into the future.
